For stuffed tomatoes preheat the oven to 180 degrees Cook the pasta according to instructions and strain. Mix 1 tsp of oil into the spaghetti to prevent it from sticking too much.

Wash the peppers, onion and zucchini and cut them into very fine cubes. Fry them in a pot with 1 tsp of olive oil. Pour a small amount of water and add the bouillon cube.

Cook for a good 5 minutes. Cut the sausage into fine cubes as well and add it to the boiling vegetables. Season to taste with bouillon cube, honey, pepper and salt.

Now fold the pasta into the vegetable-sausage mixture. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the cap generously and carefully scoop out with a teaspoon.

Lightly salt the inside and fill with the pasta mixture. Place in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven. It goes well with a green salad
