For the stir-fry vegetables, cut the onion, carrots, zucchini and bell bell pepper into small pieces. Prepare a marinade of soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, water and sesame oil.

Mix the vegetables well in a bowl with the marinade. It is best to let it stand for at least 1 hour so that the vegetables take on the flavor well. Stir several times.

Sauté the vegetables in a wok for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper shortly before the end of the cooking time. Serve the wok vegetables.
