Instructions:

For the fish soup, wash the carrots, peel if necessary and cut into slices. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices.

Depending on the size, cut them in half again. Clean the mushrooms and halve or quarter them, depending on their size.

Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces. Defrost and rinse the shrimp.

Heat the cooking oil and sauté the onion cubes until translucent, add the carrot slices and sauté briefly.

Pour in the soup and the fish stock. Bring everything to a boil and add the fish pieces, the shrimps and the remaining vegetables.

Reduce the heat. Let the fish soup simmer for 10 minutes and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
