Instructions:

Prepare the well-washed nettle leaves in a little salted water until soft, drain and put through a grinder.

Cut the bread into fine slices and fry in fat. Chop the onion and leek and add them as well as the weighted kitchen herbs (e.g. dill, lovage, savory, basil). Finally, beat the egg over it and mix well. Salt. Pour the mixture into a greased gratin dish and bake in the oven at a good medium heat for about half an hour.
