Instructions:

Cut the bacon into cubes and fry over low heat. The grams must not become too dark.

Remove the peel from the garlic cloves and grind them with the washed parsley in a hand blender.

Mix parsley, garlic, fat and grams, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour the lard into a small pot and leave to cool.

The lard is delicious as an entrée with fresh farmhouse bread.

Our tip: Use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
