For Panino Pesto, cut the petits pains lengthwise. Spread each cut surface with the pesto. Top each bottom half with the cooked ham.

Cut the spring onion into rings. Place cheese on top of cooked ham and sprinkle green onion on top. Place the top half on top and toast the panino pesto between a contact grill until crisp and brown.
