For the zucchini chicken ragout with couscous, dice the onion, zucchini and garlic.

Shred meat and sear in a pan with a little oil, season with curry, salt and pepper. Add onion, zucchini and garlic and saute until soft. When the zucchini is soft, deglaze with the vegetable soup and let it steep a bit, finely chop the mint and sprinkle it in.
