A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix the low-fat curd, sugar, the two eggs and the egg whites and half the vanilla pudding and top with the fruit. Bake at 160 °C for about 50 min, when the dough is ready, cool for half an hour and spread the cherries and the cake glaze evenly.
