half an hour, just separate eggs, whisk egg whites to snow. 4 yolks in a saucepan stir well. Not quite 300 ml of milk, the flour, sugar and a little salt to the yolks form. Fold the snow into the well-mixed dough. Let stand in a warm place for 15 min.
Heat a little bit of oil in a dalken form, put the dough mixture in it and bake it on both sides. Spread each two baked dalks with powidl and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For the compote:
Boil the pears in the sugar-water-cinnamon-clove mixture over low heat and simmer for a short time. Cool slightly and bring to the table in a separate baking dish.
