Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Grease a springform pan (24 cm) with butter.

For the dough, first whip the whipped cream until stiff. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, coconut blossom sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer until foamy. Carefully stir in the curd cheese first and then the milk. Mix well the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and fold in. Finally, slowly fold in the whipped cream and beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 60 minutes.

Remove the finished curd cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the mold. Only then carefully remove from the springform pan (if necessary, carefully remove from the edge with a knife).
