For the moist marble cake, first beat the snow.

Beat cream until semi-solid, add sugar and vanilla sugar, finish beating. Fold in egg yolks, add flour and baking powder with snow, lastly add milk.

Add Nutella to 1/3 of the dough. Pour the dough (light and dark) alternately into a greased form (e.g. Gugelhupfform) and bake for about 1 hour at 170°C, 5-15 min (without baking time).
