For the plum cake, prepare a dampfl from a little lukewarm milk, yeast and a little sugar and let it rise to double height.

Knead the remaining flour, sugar, milk, egg, lemon zest, salt, melted butter and the dampfl well with the dough hook of the hand mixer.

Cover and let rise until the dough has doubled in size. Roll out and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover with plums, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 200 °C for about 35 minutes.
