Preheat the oven to 200 °C and prepare a baking tray with some baking paper.
Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut the apple quarters into slices about 5 mm thick.
Take the Camembert out of the package and also cut it into 5 mm – 1 cm thick slices.
Now place the apple slices and the cheese slices in rows on the breads and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted – about 15 minutes.
Serve the breads with cranberry sauce or cranberry jam.
