For the milk cream with strawberry topping, wash strawberries, sort, chop and mix with lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Warm the milk slightly and melt the honey in it.
Whip the cream and dissolve the instant gelatine in the milk. Mix both masses and fill into 4 glasses. Divide strawberries by spoonfuls among the glasses.
Chill and serve after about 2 hours.
