Instructions:

For banana slices, peel and dice onion. Wash, clean and chop soup vegetables and sauté with onion in a little butter.

Add the sliced bananas to the pan and fry on all sides, stirring several times. Stir in tomato paste, peel and chop garlic and add as well.

Season the meat with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika powder. Deglaze with wine, pour in warmed soup and continue to simmer until meat is tender.

Wash bell bell pepper, remove core and cut into strips. Peel banana, mash with a fork and add with bell bell pepper strips towards the end of the cooking time.

Bind with cornstarch and refine banana cutlets with sour cream.
