For the chicken salad, rinse the chicken with cold water. Place the chicken in a pot and add enough water to just cover the chicken. Add a quartered onion, bay leaf, cloves and salt. Cover and cook the chicken until tender.

Lift out chicken, remove meat from bones and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Stir yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and curry into a sauce, season with salt. Stir in the chicken cubes.

Serve the chicken salad with fresh farmhouse bread.
