Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
1. grate or finely grate cheese. Clean, rinse, drain and coarsely chop arugula. Toast pine nuts.
2. make stock by half in a saucepan. In the meantime, make pasta.
3. pour whipping cream to the stock, let it boil. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Season sauce, serve with arugula, pine nuts and pasta.
