For the rice tofu, cut the tofu into cubes, chop the onion and garlic and fry everything in a pot with olive oil until golden brown.

Add the paprika powder and fry briefly. Add the rice and pour the vegetable soup.

Add the marjoram and cumin and stir well. Cover and simmer according to the rice package instructions.

Stir gently every now and then to prevent the tofu from falling apart. Season the rice tofu with salt and pepper before serving.
