Instructions:

Radish rinse properly under cold water, remove the peel, cut into very thin slices. Place in a large enough bowl and sprinkle with salt. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.

Rinse apple and cut into small pieces. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Drain the water from the radish slices. Add apple and cucumber slices to radish form.

Stir whipped cream and yogurt and season with pepper. Pour over salad ingredients. Mix everything well. Sprinkle dill on top and serve on the spot.

Tip: Use regular or light yogurt as needed!
