Instructions:

For the filled chocolate buttons, cream butter with sugar, then slowly add nuts, flour, cornstarch, rum and cocoa and knead into a dough.

Fill the dough into a piping bag with a round nozzle and pipe the dough regularly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 170 °C in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

For the cream, mix cocoa, butter, granulated sugar and yolks until fluffy.

Spread each two cooled cookies with the cream and press together.

Melt chocolate coating over hot water bath and dip the filled chocolate buttons into the melted chocolate on one side.
