For the hard-to-believe cake, first preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the ice cream in a saucepan over low heat.
Mix the flour, baking powder and melted ice cream in a bowl and then pour into the baking pan.
Smooth the batter in the pan and bake in a hot oven (center) for about 20 minutes. Then move the hard-to-believe cake up one tier and bake for another 5 minutes. Tatarata!
