Instructions:

For the corn salad, first chop the apple and put it in a salad bowl. Drain the corn and add it to the apple pieces.

Add yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, some coarsely grated pepper and a dash of apple cider vinegar. Mix well and chill the corn salad briefly before serving.
