Instructions:

For the Raffaello cake, grease and flour a cake pan. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Melt the white chocolate over a water bath, add the butter and leave to cool. Whip the egg whites with 50 g sugar to egg whites.

Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar until foamy and stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Stir in the flour, baking powder and coconut milk as well.

Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites and bake for about 50 minutes. Turn the cake out of the pan.

Melt the white chocolate with the butter and apply to the Raffaello cake with a brush. Press on the coconut flakes.
