For Styrian Mini Kiwis with Maple Syrup Yogurt Dressing, Tyrolean Mountain Cheese and Red Beets, first prepare the dressing. For this, mix all ingredients, season well with salt and pepper.

Wash and drain the Styrian mini kiwis and cut them in half lengthwise. Slice Tyrolean mountain cheese into thin slices.

Boil beet for 10 minutes in salted water with caraway seeds, peel, cut into wedges (or very thin slices) and marinate with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Arrange all ingredients on a plate and garnish the Styrian Mini Kiwis with maple syrup yogurt dressing, Tyrolean mountain cheese and beet with chard leaves.
