Herb Salmon with Cucumber Salad

Instructions:

For the herb salmon, clean and wash the spring onion and cut into fine rolls. Remove stems from carrots, peel and cut into thin strips. Wash the dill.

Rinse salmon under running water, dry with a paper towel, drizzle lemon juice over it, salt and pepper.

In a saucepan with steamer insert, pour wine and water, add dill and bring to a boil. Place salmon in steaming insert and cover with green onions, carrots, herbs and butter. Steam for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt and cook pasta in it until al dente. Strain the pasta.

For the cucumber salad, wash and dry cucumber, dill and lettuce leaves. Slice cucumber finely, chop dill finely.

In a bowl, mix sour cream with mustard, vinegar and dill. Season with herb salt, pepper and sugar. Add cucumber slices.

Spread lettuce leaves on two small plates, arrange cucumber salad on top and decorate with dill.

Arrange pasta on two plates and top with salmon and vegetables. Serve salad plate with it.
