For the Benco cake, separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a little sugar until stiff. Beat the yolks and sugar until foamy. Add sour cream, Benco, nuts, oil and flour. Fold in the snow. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake the Benco cake at about 180° for 40-45 minutes.
