Instructions:

Place beef fillet in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. In the meantime, cut mozzarella into thin slices. Pluck basil leaves, cut into fine strips. Using slicer, cut chilled beef tenderloin into paper-thin slices. Arrange beef fillet and mozzarella slices in a circle on chilled plates, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the colorful leaf salad decoratively on top. Marinate with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped basil or watercress.
