Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Wash the peppers and also cut them into narrow strips. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Strain the corn.

Heat oil in a pan and fry peppers in it. Add the mushrooms. Stir in corn and tomatoes as well. Then pour whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.
