Rump Steaks with Garlic Kitchen Herb Butter

Instructions:

1. peel garlic, chop coarsely and press through a press. Beat the butter with the whisks of a mixer until very creamy. Mix with the garlic, salt. Juice of one lemon, pepper, olive oil and mix with the chopped herbs. Set aside, covered.

2. flatten the rump steaks a little bit with a plating iron. Season with pepper on both sides. Heat a large frying pan very high, then pour in the oil. Fry the steaks for 2.5 minutes on each side and season with salt. Serve with the garlic butter.

Serve with a mixed leaf salad of batavia, arugula and bell pepper strips and baguette.
