For the zucchini stew, soak green spelt meal in boiled soup and let swell for about 20 minutes. Dice onion, cut bell bell pepper and zucchini into strips.

Heat some oil in a large frying pan or pot and sauté onions until translucent. Then add drained green spelt meal and stir-fry.

Add zucchini and bell bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, including the juice from the can, as well as the drained kidney beans and the corn to the pan.

If necessary, add the collected soup. Bring everything to a boil and season to taste with spices and herbs. If necessary, add some tomato paste. Bring to the boil again and season to taste.
