For the curry fondue, grate the cheese. Remove the seeds from the chili, free it from the side walls and chop finely. Finely chop the onion, press the garlic cloves and add them to the hot oil. Add chili and sauté.

Add cream cheese, cheese, cornflour and white wine and bring to the boil while stirring.

Add the onion-garlic-chili mixture and season with curry.

Serve the curry fondue with the pineapple and white bread.
