Instructions:

Add fish with soup cubes to the boiling water.

Brown the onion in oil and add to the soup.

Add spinach, let it boil briefly.

Melt Egusi in water and stir into soup.

Simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally Season with salt.

Serve with Bread, long grain rice
