1. rinse strawberries, clean, crush. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
2. half of the strawberry puree with 2 scoops of lemon sorbet in high glasses form. Fill up with Prosecco. Place long spoons in the glass: Use this to cream the ingredients right before eating, creating cool, delicate foam.
Tip: Also fine: instead of strawberry puree raspberry, mango, passion fruit or possibly other fresh fruit puree.
