Instructions:

Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean mushrooms, cut into narrow slices. Roast in hot clarified butter until golden brown.

Cut Gorgonzola coarsely into cubes, melt with cream cheese, whipped cream and milk in a saucepan over low heat.

Spread cheese sauce evenly over pasta, garnish with basil leaves cut into strips, pepper over.
