For the chicken strips in almond breading, wash the chicken fillets and cut them into strips. Beat an egg in a soup plate and turn the chicken strips in it first.
Then, in a second plate, add the grated almonds, salt and Cajun Spice seasoning and mix. Drain the chicken strips and turn them in the almonds.
Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes in the upper and lower heat. Turn once halfway through the baking time.
