Stir the oil with the currant jelly, the mustard and the chopped herbs and rub the pieces of meat with it. Leave for about an hour and then drain well. Grill the pork ribs for about 35 minutes, turning them frequently and brushing them with a little marinade from time to time. Grill the other pieces of meat for about 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper after grilling.
