For the Bohemian flour dumplings, cut the bread into small cubes, roast in hot butter until golden brown and add chopped parsley. Mix eggs with flour and a little cold water and mix to a dough that has the consistency of a dumpling dough. Salt, beat well and let rest for 5 minutes.

Add bread cubes and let stand for another 10 minutes. Bring salted water to boil. Form 8 small dumplings from the mixture and let them simmer for 6-10 minutes. Lift out, drain and toss in hot butter. Drizzle the Bohemian flour dumplings with brown butter.
