A great cake recipe for any occasion:
Make a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough. Roll out the dough, place it in a greased cake springform pan (d&cm), press up the side edges.
Mix the ingredients for the topping with a mixer in order (the amount is quite liquid).
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and bake for 50-60 min.
For the meringue: whip the two egg whites until very stiff, add the sugar. Spread the meringue evenly on the cake and bake repeatedly for about 10 minutes (golden yellow).
