Instructions:

A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. cover noodles with warm water, swell for 10 min, then drain.

2. heat the oil in a wok until smoking. Pour in the garlic and half of the spring onion cubes, followed on the spot by the drained noodles and crab meat. Mix everything well.

3. add the sauces, season to taste, add more seasoning if necessary, drizzle sesame oil over the top and fold in the remaining spring onions. Sprinkle with coriander leaves to taste and bring to the table on the spot.
