Instructions:

Remove the peel from the raw potatoes and grate coarsely on a grater. Add one onion, flour and eggs and mix well. Season with grated salt, pepper, cheese and nutmeg.

Fry by the spoonful in hot oil until golden brown. The Schmarren can be eaten hot or cooled down.
