A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Form piles (about 40 round noodles), score them crosswise on one side with scissors. Cook pot with hot vegetable fat (vegetable fat), in about ¼ full. Put the pasta with the cut side down into the hot fat and add a little lukewarm water very carefully, depending on the size of the pot, put on a tight-fitting lid, otherwise there is a risk of burns.
Attention: Hot fat can burn if it overflows! Bake for about 20 to 30 min, turn to the other side and get golden brown on the other side.
