Soak bread roll in red wine and squeeze. Finely chop onions and garlic and fry in olive oil. Mix everything well together with tartar, egg, pepperoni and tomatoes. Season with rosemary, thyme, basil, salt and pepper and knead into a dough. Shape into steaks and grill, brushed with oil, in the oven or on the charcoal grill for about 25 minutes.
