A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Defrost the puff pastry. Roll out on a floured work surface to a thickness of 2 millimeters. First cut into rectangles, then into pointed triangles.
Cut the salmon into tender strips. Coarsely chop the pistachios. Grate the piquantje. Mix everything in a baking bowl with two egg yolks.
Divide the filling evenly among the dough triangles. Roll into croissants and place on a baking sheet rinsed with water. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 15 to 18 minutes.
