Heat the oil in a small heavy frying pan. Add crushed garlic clove and kitchen herbs and sauté for 2 min. Be careful not to burn the garlic or it will become bitter. If necessary, remove the pan from the heat. The herbs continue to cook in the hot oil.

Add the herb-garlic mixture and the rest of the ingredients to the dough container of the bread maker in the order recommended by the maker. Select the program for white bread (browning level: medium) and press Start.

Remark:

This delicious white bread is flavored with garlic and Italian herbs. It tastes excellent with cheese, ham or cold roast meat and as an addition to a meal.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
