(Makes about 2 glasses per person)

Put nutmeg, water, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan. Peel the oranges very thinly (you must not peel any of the white skin), put the strips of peel in the saucepan, squeeze the oranges, put the juice in the saucepan. Slowly heat to boiling point, then set aside to infuse for at least 15 min.

Add wine and Drambuie and heat very leisurely ! Must not make !

Keep warm and bring to the table.
