For the banana-coconut tiramisu, whisk eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until foamy, stir in mascarpone by the spoonful.

Mix coconut milk with liqueur and soak the biscotti well in it. In a baking tray or springform pan, layer biscuits alternately with cream and sliced peeled bananas.

Finish with the cream. Chill the tiramisu overnight in the refrigerator to allow it to set well.
