Remove the seeds from the carrots. Bring 150 ml water with cinnamon stick, lime juice and sugar to a boil. Boil the ringroot for 5 minutes on low heat. Mash everything, cool down. Fold in Prosecco and spirit, freeze in the ice cream maker (or in the blender container of the food processor, blending frequently in between).
