For the wholemeal spelt bread, put the wholemeal spelt flour, dry ferment, salt, sabay clover and the whole grain variation in a bowl. Dissolve honey in the lukewarm water and pour over the ingredient mixture.
Mix well with a spoon until the dough becomes a sticky, chewy consistency. Let dough stand for half an hour. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Pour the rested dough into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for about 45 min.
