Mix flour with cocoa. Separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with the granulated sugar until creamy.
Mix yolks with milk, vanilla sugar and salt with a whisk, fold in flour mixture, finally add beaten egg whites.
Heat butter in a deep, large pan, pour in batter and sprinkle chocolate drops on top.
Fry over low heat for about 4 minutes, then quarter, flip and continue frying, tearing into pieces with two forks.
Arrange the cocoa kaiserschmarren on plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
