Instructions:

Hello gourmet,

The bread is eaten there with everything, for example, for breakfast, with smoked salmon or as an entrée with butter.

It tastes best when it is fresh.

Mix the flour and salt in a baking bowl and warm it slightly (preferably in a preheated oven). In a small container, mix a little lukewarm water with the molasses and add the yeast in small pieces. Put in a warm place. After about 5 minutes the liquid will start to foam.

During this time, lightly preheat the loaf pan and a clean dish.

Add the liquid with the remaining water to the flour-salt mixture and form a smooth dough.

Put the dough into the warmed and greased loaf pan, cover with the dish and let it rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes until the dough has approximately doubled in size.

Then bake at 230 °C for about 45 minutes.

The bread is baked when it sounds hollow when tapped.
